  Associates either do not know where items are in the store or are unwilling to help you. They are more concerned with talking on their phone then helping a customer standing right there in front of them!!! Impossible to exit the store if you do not have a purchase to make. They have all the registers closed off except for two, with a gate across them which sets off an alarm if you try to exit through them. Fire hazard.
